A cookie is used to store a reference on your computer which allows us to find your basket details on our server: Without the cookie, your basket contents will not be saved and, in fact, you will be redirected to an error page when you try to add products or manage your basket.

NOTE: This "tracking" cookie lasts only until you close your browser down. Consequently, once you do close down, the contents of your basket are lost.

We also recommend you have Javascript enabled and that to protect your secure details (credit card numbers etc), you prevent your browser from remembering details you have entered on web forms.

In some instances there will be more than one product or variation shown (eg where a certain size is available only in certain colours). Choose the options for the particular one you are interested in (only one product line at a time can be added).

Your basket will displayed with the new product included.

NOTE If your basket already contained an entry for the same product+colour+size combination the quantity you chose to add will be added to the existing line.

You will also have the option, by clicking the BACK button, to return to the options selection page you just added an item on, so you can add more from the same page, if required. Or just close the window and return to the main catalogue pages.

If you have Javascript enabled, when you select certain sizes (marked with an asterisk *) the displayed price will change, and be shown in red, to reflect the fact that the selected size is priced at zero VAT/chilren's price. Without Javascript, only the full price will be displayed, but the correct price will be charged and will be shown on your basket.

On the basket page, you can EDIT a particular item. This presents a page very similar to the one where you added the item: You can amend any of the options and then choose UPDATE to confirm the changes, or CANCEL to abandon them.

You can delete (DEL) a single basket entry or click EMPTY to remove all items.

You will be despatched, via a secure connection to the personal details form page. Enter all the required details. Be sure to select the required payment method.You may also add a comment/additional information, if necessary.

NOTE: If Javascript is enabled, you will find that some characters are disallowed in certain fields. This is designed to prevent erroneous entries (eg to stop non-numeric characters in number fields).

If all details entered are validated, they will be displayed, along with your basket details, for you to confirm. You also have the choice to go back and edit your personal DETAILS or BASKET.

When you choose CONFIRM, if you have chosen NOT to pay on-line, your order will be sent. Otherwise, you will be taken to the credit card details entry screen. Again, fill in all the required details and submit the form. If it is validated, your order will be sent.

When your order has been sent, by email, a screen version of the email will be shown to you. You can print this (click on the Javascript Print link, if present, or try Ctrl+P) or save it (using Ctrl+S). You will also receive a copy via email.

NOTE: When you switch to the secure connection, your browser might prompt you to accept a site certificate: Please accept it, to continue.

Your basket should now have been cleared, so you can start again. If, for some reason, this doesn't happen, simply open up the basket page and use the EMPTY button.
